Currently teaching biology and environmental science to high school students at The Valley School. Was previously involved in research in the field of industrial ecology at Atree, the Resource Optimization Initiative.

Was also part of the editorial team of the Journal of Industrial Ecology (JIE) for several years. Completed post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Industrial Ecology, Yale University, USA. Completed Integrated PhD at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
